Executive Staff Biographies
- Bruce Wilber, Principal & Chief Computer Scientist
Mr. Bruce Wilber was in the first graduating class of computer scientists from the renowned Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in New York. “Bruce” has over 30 years designing and programming systems for both commercial and military use. Bruce was a member of the National Committee for Information Technology Standards. Of note, Mr. Wilber developed a system which tracks multiple satellites simultaneously for NASA and the Air Force for phased array antennas.
- Michael Mucha, COO
Mr. Michael Mucha is a strong proven leader with a history in the nuclear, solar, alternative energy and communications sectors. "Mike" is a highly skilled financial and management professional that has specialized in responsible financial and operations management of multiple companies in emerging markets and technologies in Europe and Central America. As a Chief Investment Officer, Mike was responsible for raising private and institutional capital, bringing in-part the largest private telecommunications company in Poland. Mr. Mucha was also controlling and managing partner in a multi-million dollar modular coal reclamation project in Eastern Europe and a nuclear projects consultant.
- Tim Riffel, President & CEO, CISSP, CISM, CRISC Principal
Mr. Tim Riffel has been at the fore front of research, development, leading programs in advanced technology for the U.S. military and Intelligence Community as a Principal Systems Engineer. “Tim” is a recognized security expert for the U.S. Government and the U.S. branch services. Mr. Riffel has “C-Level” leadership experience in management, governance and risk management in the commercial sector with U.S. companies and startups.
